Step 1: Apply
Complete our online application form
As part of your application, you will need to upload:
- A copy of your passport
- A recent photo
- Your most recent school report
Step 2: Review
Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by our International Team. You or your agent will be notified of the outcome within 72 hours.
Step 3: Offer
If your application is successful, you will receive: A Conditional Offer of Place and an Invoice
Once payment is received, we will issue: A Confirmed Offer of Place and Receipt
These documents are required for a visa and travel arrangements.
Step 4: Offer
Before arriving in New Zealand, there are a few important steps to complete.
You will need to:
- Hold comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance before arrival (we can arrange this for you if required).
- Ensure you have the correct student visa for studying in New Zealand
- Book travel through to Whangārei, arriving on the Wednesday or Thursday before the start of term
We will:
- Arrange a suitable homestay placement through our Homestay Coordinator
- A homestay profile will be shared with you prior to arrival.
- Ensure you are well informed about life in New Zealand and at our kura (school), so you can settle quickly and make the most of your time with us.
