Ngunguru Sports Challenge Day
Fun day all round. There were a variety of sports on offer to try out.
Cycling
Trevor Coetzee competed in the Whangarei Marsden Wheelers club cycling champs.
Trevor won the under 19 competition and also won the overall club champion trophy.
Jiu-Jitsu
Trevor Coetzee competed in the Jiu-Jitsu championships in Tauranga on the weekend and won the gold in the under 17 under 73kg category.
Water Skiing
Mitchell Williams competed in the National Water Ski Championships and come away with some great results.

North Island Secondary School Track and Field
Athan Thompson, Lucas Rule and Tommy Earl headed to Hamilton to compete in the NISS Athletic event.
Athan Thompson placed 5th in the 800m and 1500m Junior final
Tommy Earl placed 17th in the 1500m Junior final and 11th in the 3000m junior final
Lucas Rule placed 14th in the 400m Intermediate final.
