U 14 & U16 FUTSAL FEST
We had 5 teams enter the NSSSA Futsal Fest competition. There was some fierce competition against other secondary schools and lots of fun and talent. WBHS U14 Gold Team beat Huanui in the final 6-2. Congratulations to the winners:
Ethan Peterson, Aidan Stroebel, Jonno Bonneti, Luca Owen, Jaxon Alexander, Ethan Keyte, Tommy Reid, Ry Luff and Lucas Lawton.
WBHS U16 Blue team beat Kamo High School in the final 6-1. Congratulations to the winners:
Jackson West, Athan Thompson, Ryan Barnes, Fionn Howard, Archie Knox, Fergus Davidson, Jamie Thacker and Blake Beardsell.
RUGBY LEAGUE – ADAM BLAIR TOURNAMENT
WBHS won against Kamo High School 36-14
SENIOR TOUCH RUGBY
There were 25 teams from 18 schools in Northland competing in the Northland wide senior secondary schools touch tournament.
WBHS Blue team won the final against WBHS Black team.
NSSSA ATHLETICS
WBHS had 12 students attend the Athletics last week.
