WBHS Black – 8 played Kerikeri High School – 0 (Win)
WBHS Yellow – 2 played Hora Hora 1st XI – 2 (Draw)
WBHS Gold – 3 played Bream Bay Boys – 4 (Loss)
Division 3
WBHS Blue = 3 played WGHS Red – 1 (Win)
Condors 7’s Rugby
WBHS 7’s team played in Kaikohe and qualified for the Nationals in
December. Placed 1st = with Kerikeri High School and Kamo High School
and overall placed 2nd on count back.
Go-4-12
5 Whangarei teams competed in the NZSS Go-4-12 event at Mahaka
Farm in Hawkes Bay over the weekend. The races involved biking,
trekking, problem solving and kayaking.
Mason Gray, Oscar Ruffell and Alex Watson place 3rd in the 12 hour race
Hamish Clinch, Tai Pullen and Hayden Ewenson placed 4th in the 12
hour race
Hugh Manson, Conner Lambert and Zac Raine were in the 6 hour race
and learnt some valuable skills for the next event.
